Xtreme Communications partners with Truecaller to bring trust and efficiency to business communication in Australia

SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA - NewsVoir - 17 December 2025 - Truecaller, the leading global communications platform, today announced a strategic partnership with Xtreme Group, to introduce the Truecaller Customer Experience (CX) Solution in Australia.

According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), Australians lost over AUD 2 billion to scams in 2021 alone, making trust in business communication more critical than ever. As consumers grow increasingly wary of unknown calls, this partnership enables businesses to clearly signal legitimate outreach, helping protect customers from scams and fraud while reducing potential financial loss in the Australian market.

Xtreme Group is now empowered to offer the Truecaller Customer Experience Solution, which includes capabilities such as Verified Business Caller ID, Call Reason, Call Me Back, Video Caller ID, and User Feedback. These features will be offered to Xtreme's clients across telecommunications, banking, retail and other sectors. The solution enables customers to instantly identify legitimate business calls with call context. This facilitates improved two-way communication, which reduces missed connections, and protects against call-related scam and fraud attempts.

"Establishing our first Customer Experience partnership in Australia is a pivotal moment for Truecaller's global expansion,"
said Priyam Bose, Global Head, GTM & Developer Products, Truecaller. "In a market where trust is paramount, our collaboration with Xtreme Group will equip Australian businesses with the tools to communicate more transparently. Ultimately, elevate their brand reputation, strengthen engagement, and protect end consumers. Xtreme Group's deep market expertise across telecom and enterprise solutions makes them the ideal partner to accelerate this transformation."

Hemant Babbar, Founder and CEO, Xtreme Group commented, "At Xtreme Group, we are committed to providing integrated, future-ready solutions that fuel our clients' growth. Customer trust forms the foundation of every successful business interaction. By leveraging Truecaller's industry-leading CX platform, we can now enable our clients to offer a reliable, transparent, and superior customer experience, eliminating uncertainty and enhancing efficiency for critical calls, whether it's for delivery updates, service support, or sales."

Truecaller and Xtreme Group are launching their partnership with an exclusive promotion: A 1-month free trial of the Truecaller Customer Experience Solution to all businesses in Australia that sign up by 31st December 2025.

This limited-time offer allows Australian businesses to experience firsthand hand benefits of enhanced trust, reduced scam, fraud, and more efficient call engagement during the holiday season - a pivotal period for customer communication and outreach.
