Everyone on this planet has unidentical lifestyles & wellbeing traits as others. Some people swim at least once a day in a pool or ocean for exercise which has exposed to uv rays, chlorine and sea salt, and others will leave their hair tied back in an office environment under the artificial air conditioning and enclosed buildings.

As Humans we need to balance out our exposure to uv rays, vitamin d, Protein, humidity and room temperature in order for our Hair, skin, nails and lungs to function properly. Wherever we go and whatever situation we place ourselves in we are automatically changing our body balance for the better or worse. For instance when we walk into a sauna our hair cuticles automatically open due to the high levels of humidity. This puts your hair into an unorganic state leaving your hair feeling a bit dry the day after. If you feel your ends and are quite dry or they may appear a bit brittle or dry looking, this may be because you are living an unhealthy environment for your hair and body. You may be eating the wrong foods for example not eating enough protein for your hair, applying low quality hair products, treating your hair quite poorly.

Your hair and body naturally sends you the message that you need to apply better balance in your hair and body routine for healthy hair and extended hair salon visits. Lots of people may get a haircut once every 6 weeks to refresh their ends. Others may want to wait 2 months or longer for their next trip to the hairdresser as they want to keep their hair long though not wanting to cut off the excess length even though it is looking and feeling quite unhealthy. You just need to read the messages that your hair and body are telling you to ensure you have control of a healthy state.

To maintain balance to the best ordeal is to regularly apply organic oils and treatments (fragrant and alcoholic free) to heal and protect your hair. This is naturally good for your skin if there is any contact, and will be safe to apply if you want to extend your salon visiting time. Try to maintain a safe healthy eating and exercising regime as your hair skin and body will present any imbalance with unhealthy eating, stress or lifestyle. For any personal internal advice it’s safe to visit your local dietician, naturopath or homeopath for individualised balanced lifestyle and dietary advice!
