  • Written by NewsServices.com

Shilajit resin is a traditional medicine that has been harvested in the Himalayan mountains at an altitude of over 3000m. The resin has been used for more than 3000 years as a traditional Ayurvedic medicine. It has more than 85 ingredients and minerals such as humic and Fulvic acid.  It boosts health. Shilajit resin is a substance that has been formed from decomposed plants and has many sexual health benefits such as;

Boosting sperm production

Shilajit resin can increase sperm production and sperm count. According to scientific experts, the resin can increase the sperm count by 62% and helps in combating potency.

Stimulating ovulation

According to a study conducted in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology, Shilajit can stimulate ovulation.

Increasing testosterone levels

A study at Creighton University found that Shilajit resin can increase testosterone levels in healthy men by 20%. Some of the symptoms of low testosterone levels in the body are low sex drive, loss of hair, decrease in muscle mass, increase in body fat and fatigue. In healthy men, the testosterone levels are around 300 to 900 ng/dL. The testosterone hormone is responsible for sexual drive. Sexual desire decreases as a person gets older. When the testosterone levels increase, the sexual drive also increases, boosting the sexual health of a person. Therefore, there is no need to use steroids that may do more harm than good. Shilajit is a natural substance that can improve your sexual health.

Improving sperm motility

This is the ability of the sperm to swim towards an ovum. This ability depends on the health and quality of a sperm a man produces. Shilajit resin can boost sperm motility by up to 50%. This boosts fertility and the sexual health of an individual.

Boosting sexual performance

Shilajit resin can help a man maintain an erection and also reduces instances of premature ejaculation. Shilajit resin contains minerals and antioxidants that improve the flow of blood to the genitals. The resin can also reduce stress and anxiety which can increase sexual arousal and reduce potency. Additionally, it can reduce fatigue and energize you, leading to a better sexual performance.

Increasing libido

Shilajit resin boosts libido and increases stamina. Shilajit resin has been used to treat low libido and sex drive for decades. It stimulates and improves the body’s mitochondrial function which increases energy levels. This positively influences our sexual drive. Moreover, it contains rejuvenating properties that increase energy levels and stamina.

Improves blood flow

Consuming Shilajit has been known to increase the flow of blood to the genitals which can improve the production of testosterone hormone. This hormone increases the production of sperms. It also has aphrodisiac properties that boost overall sexual health. Shilajit resin has many sexual advantages which are beneficial for both men and women.
