Dessert Queen Creates Delicious Kulfi Dessert Cups

Her Parle G and Honey Filo dessert cups feature new premium Indian ice cream, Katoomba Kulfi Parle G and Katoomba Kulfi Hide & Seek, recently launched in Australia by Katoomba Foods.
- Preheat the oven to 160C fan force and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- For the filo pastry, melt together the butter, honey, cinnamon and salt until everything is dissolved.
- Place the filo onto the prepared baking tray and pour over the melted butter mixture until the filo is completely coated. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and deeply golden brown. Allow the filo to cool completely before breaking into large pieces.

To assemble, place 1-2 large scoops of the kulfi into your dessert glass, and top with 1-2 tablespoons of the diced mango before sprinkling over the pistachios, rose petals and crumbled parle g biscuits. Finally, dress with a large sheet of caramelised filo pastry.
